Job Description
To ensure efficient and seamless dispatch operations in shift’s and achieve daily shift wise dispatch targets of individual plant with defined dealer service ratio, minimize transit damages & manpower deployment within prescribed targets. Supervise dedicated manpower for shifting & loading of Two Wheelers To ensure proper Truck movement inside plant, FIFO of FG vehicle & Trucks, safety & 5’S checkpoints, KAIZENS, Accessories management &innovation in current operation.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve Daily Dispatch target.
Reduce transit damages to dealers from assigned plant thus enhancing customer satisfaction.
Adherence Share of Business for transporters.
Operation Management.
Safety Statutory Compliance .
