IT company TCS and Infosys need about 20 thousand freshers but these freshers are not meeting the criteria of the companies. In such a situation, companies are preparing these freshers by training themselves. For maximum placement of students of the state, both the companies have signed MoU with the state government from 12 universities. According to Omprakash Saklecha, Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Science and Technology, both the companies are working on skill development for 20 thousand students. Computer education has been made compulsory from class 6th onwards for students to leave school as a master in computer. On the other hand, TCS will give training to the students from class VI to VIII to improve the students in computer education, while the experts of Infosys will give training to the students from class IX to college.
Training to 1200 in a month Both the companies have given online training to 1200 students in a month. At the same time, two weeks training has also been given to the teacher. Out of the students who have received training, companies will give placement to one thousand students in the new year.
